 Perform
a marketing analysis
Enter the information necessary to perform a marketing analysis of your business.
The analysis is optional for the first plan, but it should be kept
up-to-date as a continuous analysis available whenever you need it.
Write
the
marketing plan
You can enter the marketing
data in the Analysis workbook, or you start with the Marketing plan workbook
for a quick ready-to-go plan not based on previous situation analysis and
work on the Analysis steadily for a 3-6 month period. Once the Analysis is
completed you can adjust the Marketing plan accordingly.
