For any marketing activity to be successful it needs to be evaluated constantly
and the progress monitored.
Doing this enables timely corrections to the marketing activities in order to
ensure the desired results. More importantly, you avoid wasting time and money
on projects not going as planned. Study the figures, the results, the variations
and find out why things are not going as planned.
If changes need to be made, study the plans, the goals, the strategies, the
figures and gather all the necessary information. Decide upon alternative
strategies or even abandoning a previously chosen strategy if that seems to be
the best choice.
