SECURE ORDERING
Welcome to the purchasing page that enables you to buy licenses
for any PlanMagic product(s). Please select the product that you require from
the list below. Once you are happy with your choice click on the link. When you
have entered your registration details and double checked that you are happy with your
selection, you will be sent to a secure server where you can use your Paypal account, checking account, VISA, MasterCard,
American Express, Discovery, Diners Club, JCB card, or wire transfer to purchase
the
product of your choice. Online payments are safely processed by SSL
secured servers using the latest encryption technology.

You can use your PayPal account or credit card to pay. Immediate downloading is possible
if the payment can be verified
in the same session.
Do not use a free
e-mail address or forget to include address details, or the payment
cannot be verified in the same session, in which case manual processing is
needed, and it will take a bit longer.

If your country is not in the list of PayPal, you
can also use our Official Retailer 2CO to order. You can use ALL major credit
cards and debit cards with Visa or MasterCard logo. Order fulfillment takes
anywhere from 24 to 48 hours. To speed up the process avoid free e-mail address
and include all address details as well as company details if available.

If your country is not in either country list, or
you do not have a debit/credit card or PayPal account, you
cannot pay us online. You can still order our software in some cases
and use a bank wire transfer to pay.

Electronic
Delivery
You will receive the URL where to download the full
version(s), and username and password to get access, upon our receipt of
your credit card payment confirmation. This usually takes between
immediate download
and 24 hours (depending on authentication process). If you have not
received your download instructions within 48 hours, please send us an
e-mail! It does happen that the e-mail with the download instructions
does not reach your mailbox due to dysfunctional spam filtering.
Note:
if the credit card address is in a different state (USA) or country
than the IP address where the order is placed from, you did not
include correct address details, you used a free email address, or other
inconsistencies exist with the payment data, a delay in order
completion is to be expected or even a reversal of payment! We reserve the right
to refuse and refund any order for whatever reason. No communication is possible
regarding our decision to not accept an order.

*** CD-ROM box delivery (USA and Canada
only)
The CD-ROM box version is usually shipped by Registered Express
Airmail within 2-3 business
days, once payment is received. It does happen that CDs are in
back-order and this may result in a delay of the shipment.
Outside the USA and Canada we do not ship. In that case
you will notice that the CD order is automatically changed to the Download Only
product. Please note that CD
versions are only available for items with a CD-ROM purchase link.

MULTIPLE USER LICENSES
|
|
A Multiple User License entitles an organization to
receive one copy of the program, which can then be duplicated for the
specified number of computers and/or be used in a network. Typically a multiple
user License can be
purchased for any of our programs based on the number of users that
will be using it. Since our programs require online validation, not purchasing
the correct number of licenses may result in interruption of your activities,
for which you can only blame yourself, and not us nor our product.
Once you click on an order link above, you'll be sent to the
ordering page where you can change the default quantity of 1 to what you
require. The total amount minus the discount is automatically calculated if
payment is made using PayPal, 2CO or Wire Transfer. The discounts vary from
25%
to 55%.
A Company Wide License (more than 50 users or
multiple worldwide locations) is available upon request.

| ACADEMIC LICENSES This license agreement is available for using our product(s) in courses,
classes, workshops or seminars.
The cost of the academic license depends on the
number of computers the software is installed on and the number of
students served per class, semester or year. |

CONSULTANT LICENSE
The Consultant Extended License Agreement (CELA) is
available for consultants, CPAs, business advisors, and others using our
product(s) for writing plans or performing financial planning for third
parties. This is an extension to the EULA. This license is obtained after
consultant registration.

Secure server ordering
Browser communication with our secure order forms is protected up to 512-bit
encryption according to the RSA SSL security mechanism, the most widely used
security protocol on the Internet today. This means
you can rest easy knowing that all order processing and transactions are secure
using the newest available technologies. Our server is certified by a Geotrust SSL
Premium Certificate.
Refunds
Software is and has always been sold AS-IS and refunds are only possible as long
as the package is unopened (ask any retailer). Since downloading of software constitutes opening of
the package, we do not issue refunds once our logs indicate the software was downloaded.
If for some reason you did not download (yet) and you do not wish to continue
the order, we may refund the paid amount minus a administrative fee of up to 50%
of the paid amount with a maximum of $150.00 of the received payment within 5 days
or upon expiry of the download links sent. We dispute all chargebacks and do so
successfully in many cases resulting in more costs for you and no software at
all (we disable the license).
Refunds of a bank transfer are costly, and therefore not issued at any time.
Updates
All minor upgrades are FREE to
registered users. (i.e., 4.2, 4.3, 4.x, etc.) for the period of 6 or 12 months
after date of purchase depending on product purchased. All major updates (i.e., 4.0, 5.0, x.0,
etc.) require an update registration, which is set at a lower price
than the retail price. A major update
is defined as a 25% or more change in a program's code. This change can be made by either
adding new code or re-writing old code. All major updates significantly modify the
program's function or interface or both. Check for updates here!
Privacy
It is company policy that our customer databases remain confidential and
private. We have not, will not, and won't ever sell names to third parties
who would like to use our databases to advertise or solicit their products
or services.
