If you lose the downloaded software (due to f.e. system crash), we can provide you with the download details or the installation password again upon your request. During the first 6 months after purchase it's free, thereafter a support ticket is needed.

You can check the shipment status of your CD if you ordered a product on CD. If the CD has been shipped you can find the tracking ID. You can find out online when your CD will arrive using the tracking ID link.
