Downloading again, New password, or
other support
If you lose the downloaded software (due to f.e. system crash), we can
provide you with the download details or the installation password again upon
your request. During the first 6 months after purchase it's free, thereafter a
support ticket is needed.

You can check the shipment status of your CD if you ordered a product on CD. If
the CD has been shipped you can find the tracking ID. You can find out online when your CD will arrive using the tracking ID
